IT services for businesses across Mississauga and the GTA
Support, security, cloud and infrastructure delivered by one team, under one agreement, with one number to call when something goes wrong.
Managed IT support
This is the core of what we do. For a flat monthly fee per user, your staff get a helpdesk they can call directly, and your systems get watched, patched and maintained in the background so fewer things break in the first place.
There is no hourly billing on covered work, which means nobody in your office hesitates before reporting a problem. That single change usually removes half the recurring issues within a couple of months, because small faults get reported while they are still small.
What is included
- Unlimited remote support during business hours, onsite visits on Managed plans
- 24/7 monitoring of servers, workstations, firewalls and backups with alerting to our team
- Operating system and third party patching on a tested schedule
- Antivirus and endpoint protection management
- User onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and device setup
- Asset register covering age, warranty status and replacement planning
- Monthly report and quarterly technology review
Service desk
Phone, email or portal. Tickets are triaged within minutes and you can see the queue at any time.
Reporting
Ticket volumes, response times, patch compliance and backup results, sent monthly whether the numbers flatter us or not.
vCIO planning
A yearly roadmap and budget so hardware refreshes and licence changes are planned rather than emergencies.
Cybersecurity and backup
Small businesses are targeted because they are reachable, not because they are interesting. The attacks we see are automated, they arrive by email, and they succeed when one account has a weak password and no second factor.
Our approach is layered and unexciting on purpose. Filter what arrives, harden the accounts, watch the endpoints, and keep a backup that has actually been restored recently. Every layer we deploy is one we can show you working.
The security stack
- Email security. Filtering for phishing, spoofing and malicious attachments, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up properly on your domain
- Identity. Multi-factor authentication across Microsoft 365, conditional access policies and a review of who has administrative rights
- Endpoints. Managed endpoint detection and response, disk encryption and removable media policy
- Patching. Operating system and application updates verified rather than assumed
- Backup. Local plus offsite copies, immutable where possible, with a documented restore test every month
- People. Short security awareness training and simulated phishing so staff recognise the real thing
- Response. A written incident plan naming who calls whom, and in what order, at 3am
Risk assessment
A structured review of your exposure with findings ranked by likelihood and impact.
Continuous monitoring
Alerts from endpoints and servers reviewed by our team, not left blinking in a console.
Compliance support
Evidence, policies and reporting for insurance questionnaires, PIPEDA obligations and client audits.
Disaster recovery
Recovery time and recovery point targets agreed in writing, then tested against the real environment.
Cloud and Microsoft 365
Moving to the cloud is straightforward when it is planned and painful when it is improvised. We migrate in stages, keep the old system available until the new one has proven itself, and do the cutover outside working hours.
We also clean up afterwards, which most providers skip. Shared mailboxes that should not be licensed, accounts of people who left two years ago, three overlapping file storage systems: all of it costs money and creates risk.
Where we help
- Migration from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace or another tenant into Microsoft 365
- File server to SharePoint and OneDrive moves with permissions mapped properly
- Microsoft Teams rollout, including phone system and meeting rooms
- Azure virtual machines, Azure Virtual Desktop and site to site connectivity
- Licence audit that usually finds ten to twenty percent of spend going nowhere
- Tenant hardening against the Microsoft security baseline
- Staff training sessions and short written guides for the new setup
Networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP and cabling
Networks are where cheap decisions come back hardest. A consumer access point in a warehouse or an unmanaged switch under a desk will work for a while, and then cause a week of intermittent faults nobody can pin down.
We design for the building you are actually in. That means a site survey before quoting Wi-Fi, proper cabling terminated to standard, business firewalls with support contracts, and switching that can be monitored remotely.
Network services
- Firewall supply, configuration and ongoing management, including remote access VPN
- Managed switching, VLAN segmentation and guest network isolation
- Wi-Fi site surveys, access point deployment and warehouse or yard coverage
- Structured cabling, patch panels, racks and clean-up of existing comms rooms
- Hosted VoIP phone systems with call flows, auto attendants, voicemail to email and softphones
- Internet circuit sourcing, failover links and SD-WAN where multiple sites are involved
- CCTV and door access integration on the same managed network
Hardware and procurement
We buy through Canadian distribution, so pricing is competitive and warranties are handled locally. More importantly, we standardise your fleet to a small number of models, which makes support faster and spares cheaper.
- Specification advice matched to the actual workload, not the sales sheet
- Laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, docking stations and accessories
- Devices arrive imaged, encrypted, enrolled and labelled, ready to hand to the user
- Warranty tracking and a rolling replacement schedule so budgets are predictable
- Secure disposal with certificates of data destruction for retired equipment
Projects and office moves
Project work is quoted at a fixed price after a scoping visit. You get a written plan with dates, responsibilities and a rollback position, and we do the disruptive parts outside business hours.
- Office relocations, from cabling and carrier orders through to desk-side setup on day one
- Server replacement and virtualisation, including Windows Server upgrades
- New site builds and second location connectivity
- ERP, accounting and line of business application deployments alongside your vendor
- Security remediation projects after an audit, an incident or an insurance requirement
Deployment ready
Devices imaged and enrolled before they reach the office.
Distributor pricing
Transparent margin, no hidden markup on hardware.
Fixed price scope
Written plan, agreed dates, no open ended hours.
Rollback plan
Every change has a documented way back if the night goes badly.
Extras that clients often bolt on
Security awareness training
Short monthly modules and simulated phishing, with reporting by department so you can see who needs help.
Policy pack
Acceptable use, password, remote work and incident response policies written for your business and reviewed yearly.
Microsoft 365 backup
Independent backup of mail, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, because retention policies are not a backup.
Guest and site Wi-Fi
Separate networks for visitors, contractors and operational equipment, with usage limits and logging.
Server hosting
Move an ageing physical server into our managed cloud instead of buying another box.
After-hours cover
Evening, weekend and holiday support for shift operations and businesses that cannot wait until Monday.
Not sure which pieces you need?
Most clients start with the assessment and then pick. Tell us what hurts most and we will be honest about what is worth fixing first.
